2. SAFETY AND SECURITY:

• 88ASIA's main concern is the security of personal information development. 88ASIA guarantees not to disclose customer personal information to any third parties because it uses the highest standards of data encryption.
• All personal information is transmitted through the Company's Secure System and securely in secure management environments that are not accessible to the public network area.

3. AGENT COMMISSION:

• For example:
  1. Negative profit agent is 40000 USD, has 3 valid members, commission rate is 35%
  2. Negative profit agent is 40000 USD, has 20 valid members, commission rate is 55%
• The minimum number of valid members that an Affiliate needs to reach to receive commissions is 3 members.
• Eligible members: members deposit ≥ 1,000 points in the month, valid bet ≥ 3,000 points (based on combined IP rating, activity calculation and reload approval).
• If the Agent does not meet the above two conditions during the month, the commission will not be calculated that month.
• Note: Google SEO/ADS Agent runs the company's internal keywords with a fixed commission of 25%.

4. NEW MEMBER DEVELOPMENT BONUS:

• All Agents only need to have one valid new member in a month and will receive a new member development bonus, each valid new member is rewarded with 200,000 VND, with no limit on the amount.

• Subjects: All cooperating agents
• Valid new members: new members who deposit for the first time in the month, have cumulative deposits ≥ 1,000 points, valid bets ≥ 3,000 points (based on combined IP rating, activity calculation and reload approval).
• Note: Google SEO/ADS Agents running the company's internal keywords cannot participate in the new member bonus program.

5. HOW TO ISSUE COMMISSIONS AND BONUS:

• New member commissions and bonuses will be distributed before the 5th of each month.
• All commissions and bonuses will be transferred directly to the latest bank provided by the Agent.
• 88ASIA has the right to terminate this program if during the cooperation process the Affiliate violates regulations or commits fraud that affects fairness for other genuine Affiliates.
• Negative Profit: (Total winnings and losses - Refunds - Promotions - Event activities).
• Positive Profit: (Total winnings and losses + Refunds + Promotions + Event activities). If the Agent has a positive profit, it will be deducted from the following months' profit until the positive profit is gone.
• This program does not apply to lottery products. Abusive, fraudulent members or multiple accounts are not considered valid.
• Requirements for Agents:
  1. Have at least 5 days of login history.
  2. The Agent's game account is not under his own Agent link.
  3. The Affiliate is not active within 2 months from the time of registration, 88ASIA has the right to terminate cooperation with that Affiliate account. If you want to continue participating and cooperating, please create a new Agent registration account.
